Very nice, clean, friendly staff… was a older build and they were remodeling but all was good

Easy and free street parking from 6pm to 8am. Spacious. Clean bed and sheets. Very low water pressure. A usual 5 minute shower took me 15 minutes because i had to keep spinning in the shower to get my body wet/clean. Complaints went unaddressed. Towels were grey and smelling. Take your own. Couldn't use the kitchen because smoke alarm kept going off. No kitchen exhaust and gunk stuck on heating coil.

Location is perfect for getting to everything Pittsburgh. The service at the hotel wasn’t so good. For instance, on our last night after getting back from the football game to get ready for dinner we had to call the front desk to have our room serviced, then did it again an hour later. They didn’t service the room that day. There were other issues with room service as well. The location is great, the service will keep you wondering if this is really a Fairmont.

LaVaughn helped us check in and he was so helpful and pleasant. Gave us suggestions for the area. Nice clean very spacious room.
